Brown Derby Dessert?

Can you go into the Brown Derby and just order an appetizer or Dessert? Really wanted to try there grapefruit cake but don't care for there other meals. Or will they escort you out?

yes you could just order dessert. however, keep in mind starring rolls next door to the derby also serves the grapefruit cake. you must ask for it as it is not on the menu. either way--enjoy!!!

I have read on here that quite a few people have done this. And i do know the staff is very friendly from my visits.

Also, i think people have said they have ordered just the grapefruit cake "to go" from the BD. If i remember they just asked the hostess (this was during a busy time with a long wait too)

Somebody correct me if i'm wrong and only dreamed this

Like you, I wanted to try the grapefruit cake on my last trip. So I asked for it at Starring Rolls, and they went next door to get it. They don't have it in their bakery case, but will get it upon request.

It was absolutely delicious!
