Brown Derby - Credit Card

OK Im slightly confused. I was asked for a Credit card to confirm a normal ADR for Brown Derby in HS. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't had to use a credit card for any other ADR's (including Yachtsman & Artist Point). I was told there is a 48 hour cancellation policy or I will be charged but what will I be charged??

Did you book a Fantasmic package? You need a CC hold with Fantasmic packages.

It was probably if you booked a Fantasmic package.

Nope! I couldn't book the package for that day so had to just get a normal ADR. I thought it really strange!

Did you first ask about the package and then made your normal reservation? It could be that the package information was still entered when you switched.

I'd call back and see if that was a mistake. It happens.

The person making your reservation got confused. You should only need the CC hold for a Fantasmic package. Unfortunately this is another case of call back and get a different CM to talk to.

Thanks all. Didn't think this was right. Got to call back to cancel an ADR for a different day anyway so will check. It all seemed a little odd.
