Brown Derby after Fantasmic?

During our trip, Fantasmic is on at 8:30pm. Does the Brown Derby close when the park closes (also at 8:30pm) or is it possible to book a dining reservation after Fantasmic ends (at around 9pm)? TIA

I don't believe it's possible to get a ressie for a restaurant in any park after the stated closing time. But I could be wrong.
