Brother PE500 Embroidery Machine Trouble

So I have a Brother PE500 Embroidery machine i got in 2012. I haven't used it over a year because the material gets caught in/around the bobbin area. I thought it was tension trouble so I set the tension on top to 0. It still gets caught on the bottom.

Help?
