so im watching lot of disney movies. I went to the living room and got in to the dvd case looking for all the movies we all have and i ran across brother bear lol

I think ive only seen it once maybe twice but this time i'm actuely watching the story line and I was wondering if the monition in DCA is named after the monition in Brother bear?

Next is lady and tramp. First was lion king 2 lastnight and then the movie i was looking for Pochontas was the movie that i started with today. I feel really good and am having a blast getting ready for my trip.

Hey Jade,

You're talking about the iconic mountain at DCA? That isn't named for Brother Bear. It's a grizzly because grizzlies were once abundant in California, and we have it on our state flag. Hence, Grizzly River Run.

I love watching movies to get ready for our Disney trips.
You might want to watch
Peter Pan
Sleeping Beauty
Pinnocchio
Fantasia

peter pan is tomorrow first movie im putting in ty mary jo. by the way love the podcast now that it works ive gone back to JAN and listened to them all

A few years back we saw a brother bear show in CA at the playground area. It was really cute and the kids loved the playground. The show was only a couple of times a day so check it out (there is a sign in the front of the playground)

thanks, is that the park that has a water area for kids and adults alike? my son loves to get wet in the sprinklers and other water things all the time

The Brother Bear show has not been on for a while, it's been replaced by that Up show with Russell.

... and to answer your question, Jade - it's the River Creek Challenge Trail by Grizzly River Run, with slides, rope climbs, paths to follow, etc. :)

ty i knew it was some where over there we didnt play at it last time but hes been playing in water so much this year id think hed like it and a good brake

The challenge trail does not have water, it is more like a mini ropes course to climb through....bugs land has water the squirts up that kids seem to love to run through and get all wet!

thanks for that so we have two parks to stop by ok thanks for that warning

There's water in the Grizzly area...a stream near the "spirit animal" cave. Trust me...DS has been a horrible influence on other children by getting very wet in it (of course he's dressed for it and the other children aren't), LOL. And the last time we were there (in Feb) there were some kids getting entire feet wet (in NON water shoes) and incurring the wrath of parents unaware that there's water in there....

We went to WDW in 2003 when they were animating Brother Bear. We were able to watch them draw some of the characters and the animators gave an informative lecture on animation. It was really neat. It was a great memory associated w/ the movie :).
