Broker not providing number of loaded points

For what reason would a broker not disclose the number of points loaded or stripped on a contract? Isn't that an important consideration?

This agency appears to have the largest selection than many other agencies combined. But none of the listings give loaded points. So I followed the instructions on the site to get the additional info. But they are refusing. Thy just appear to want to give the hard sell over the phone.

I just told them to never mind and I won't be dealing with any agency that can't be upfront.

No way should you even consider a contract where the agent won't even tell you the number of loaded/stripped points. Run, don't walk, away from that broker.

I get so much spam from them. No. I don't want to sell.

I've actually had to renegotiate or back out of a contract when the number if points listed for the year was wrong (or they had borrowed points, etc but didn't tell you on the listing). Disney had to confirm the number of points. Be very careful- read your contract. I had to catch the error and point it out to the broker. They actually tried to push it through until they realized that the amount of points left on the contract diverged from the amount listed on their listing.

These points are worth real dollars. If they can't tell you what you're getting, I doubt they are legit.
