Broken Tervis Tumbler lid

When we got home from our cruise, I unpacked my new dcl tervis and the red lid has a crack in it. Does Tervis replace this or am I just out of luck?

Many retail stores that sell tervis also sell lids. I think they're around $3-5. I had to replace one also. Or is this a particular type of lid?

Email Tervis and they will send you a new lid free of charge. They handle all shipping costs.
