Broken souvenir help!

I wasn’t sure where to post this so please move if there’s a better forum...
My friend’s son’s light up Sorcerer Mickey didn’t survive the trip home. She’d like to replace it. I feel like I’ve heard if you contact Disney they may send you a replacement. Is this true? Who should she contact?

Yep, Call guest relations....We bought a Christmas tree ornament (trip tradition) It was a cool haunted mansion one. It broke on way home...Called and i was prepared to buy another and have it shipped.....Disney shipped us a new one for free! Now that's customer service!

My daughter got one of the custom avatars made on our trip in October. Once home, the leg broke at the joint, she was heartbroken. I emailed just to see if they had any tips (glue I could use, etc) and they had me ship it back for repair! It was gone about 2 weeks and got completely fixed and returned. I was beyond impressed!

We had a damaged cup that we didn’t notice til we got home. I called the number on our receipt & they replaced it.
