Broken Merchandise Question

My son broke the straw (cracked a piece off) from his Mickey lighted bottom cup. I'm really annoyed the straw broke - the cup was $15!

Is there any number or email address I can contact someone and get a new straw. It's made for the cup and I can't use another one.

Normally I wouldn't care, but for a $15 cup I hate to see it sitting in the closet broken. Plus my son loves that it lights up when he drinks from it.

If you still have the reciept there is a number for Disney Merch. that you can call. They may ask what store you bought it at, when, do you have the item number on the receipt, and things anlong those lines. When I have returned home with a broken item the people at the number were very helpful and sent me out a replacement within 24 hours(they say it can take 2 weeks).
