My DS who is 7 was at beavers last night and while playing a game, some other little boys head and Liam's cheekbone/eye collided. It is all swollen and black and blue. I'm not sure if its broken or not but I don't think a doctor would do anything. Anyone know for sure.

I think you would need to see a doctor to see if it is broken just to be on the safe side.

Beavers is a dangerous place to be :guilty:

I'm not sure but if it was me I'd call the local GP and see if the practice Nurse could take a look at it. I would only take a couple of mins and, if nothing else, it would ease your mind

Hope he's not in pain

:)

 Aww bless him. I would probably get it checked out, just to be sure. I hope it's not too painful for him

Poor little thing, I think it would be best to get it checked out, hope it heals fast :goodvibes

We went to one of my friends who is a nurse and she says it is just soft tissue damage so thats good news.

Thanks for all your kind messages:goodvibes . He is fine and rather proud of his black eye. It's not too painful.
