On my June trip, I slipped down a slight slope on the dry pine needles at my campsite and fell with my thumb pinned under my hand. It hurt! It swelled up like a sausage, but never bruised. I could move it, so it wasn't going to interfere my Disney vacation. Ice and ibuprofen. It has still been causing some problems, so I finally got an x-ray. There's a fracture a the base of the thumb. I see the orthopedist after I go back to Disney this week. (Going with DVC friends to Old Key West. This trip is like dessert; I hadn't planned on it, but there's always room for more Disney
