British Flag/Union Jack Mickey Head Pin?

Is the british flag mickey head pin still available in Epcot? I'd love to get one next month. There is one on ebay but don't want to get it if I can get it somewhere else. Thanks!

I think it's still available on the racks. If it is, it would definitely be at Epcot on the pin cart in the UK pavillion, right near the entrance to the World Showplace. I remember seeing the Mickey USA flag heads and other flag heads around.
