isnt that like illegal?? i've read about people coming in w/sandwiches, snacks, juices? we're going in oct and would love to bring the girls juices, granola bars. etc. but thought you werent allowed?

The answer is yes you can bring your own food into the parks. on our trip last year we brought water, granola bars, fruit etc, to keep from spending all of our money on snacks throughout the day. We plan to do the same exact thing this year.

I think you just aren't allowed to bring in alchol and glass, someone can correct me if I am wrong.

Hope this helps

I believe that "officially" you are not supposed to bring in your own food, but I've never been stopped for bringing in our own water bottles and snack foods packed in our day pack. Besides alcohol and glass, I don't think you can bring a hard-sided cooler in either.
