Hi Everyone,

I'm travelling to Disneyland Paris in 3 weeks and cannot wait. I'm going with my little girl, my sister and her son. We are getting really excited. One query I have is regarding bringing food into the park. I have seen on the official website that outside food is not permitted into the park but I've read on several other websites/forums advise to store some of the food from breakfast and bring it with you into the park. Can someone with firsthand experience of this please let me know if this will be allowed? We will be staying in Santa Fe.

Small amounts of food and drink can be brought into the park but not large picnic baskets and cool boxes. Also no glass and no alcohol. Taking food from breakfast is not allowed and they now give out ham 2 slices at a time and cut the cheese into cubes rather than slices in the cheaper hotels to discourage the making up of sandwiches. Some people do seem to still get away with it though.

With temperatures in the high 20's/low 30's - I wouldn't be advising anyone to be carrying around "home"made sandwiches from the breakfasts - For a start you have no idea how many times it has been in and out of a fridge or a freezer and then several hours in a bag in the sun. :scared:

Plus it really is a no no

Bring in snacks like crisps, cereal bars, fruit pouches and drinks etc (these you could bring with you in your luggage or buy at the little shop in the train station or the petrol station near Santa Fe) that will save you some money :thumbsup2
