Bringing a non-Disney fan, advice?

I think the wine and/or port tasting on the wine terrace in DCA is really fun! I've never found anything that converted his thinking, but he does enjoy things here and there. He likes BB, for instance, which is funny because he doesn't usually like spending that much money on food.
