Bring your own table linens?

I've been looking at table covers and chair sashes. I have 50 guests and doing the linens I want through Disney is going to be in the $850 range. At Efavormart.com I can buy all the table linens I would need for $161.00. Does anyone know if you can bring your own table linens? Would I need to have someone run over and set them up or would Disney put them on?

I know someone had there only coloured linen put over the tables at their DP (figmentfan814) but i'm unsure if they put them on or got disney to?

I asked about bringing my own linens and they said I could but I would be responsible for having someone set them up and take them down. Since they set up the reception site during the ceremony that meant someone would have to miss the ceremony. It stinks.. I don't understand why they can't just take them and put them on the tables.

She got her linens from Disney. I actually think the colored part was a napkin that they opened up and put in the center of the table.

I don't understand why they can't just take them and put them on the tables.

Because then *everybody* would be saving $689 by bringing their own linens!

I think maybe the only way it could really work would be to rent from an outside linen vendor who will set them up, or to use an outside florist and have them do linens too....

Since the rules have changed lately, I would confirm with DFTW that you could do this based on your location. One of the ways we cut back was to use the white linens that were standard and then added sashes to go down the tables. The sashes were reasonable.

Bringing their own table linen is somewhat nice idea yet practically having its own difficulty.. In that case you can try some sellers where you can get linens at affordable prices..

We were told that you could if its a place that is accessable such as gf or somewhere like that and you were responsible for set up on your own since disney only assigns a certain number of people in a time frame and it is not including setting your linen up. If you could find someone you are not allowed to do so for places such as lss and things of that sort since you have to have a cast member escort you.!
