Does anyone know if you can provide your own champagne at your reception? We are having our reception in Hollywood Studios at Hollywood Hideaway and were wondering if we could bring our own and if there was a cost (outside of the price we pay for the champagne) to bring in outside alcohol.

Yes you can bring it and yes there are fees. There is a $20 per bottle corkage fee for champagne, plus a 21% service charge on all bottles opened at the event. The charge is calculated based on Disney’s retail price for the champagne, not the price you paid.

Wow... So one is not really saving any money by bringing their own. Good to know!

Just wondering if maybe it would be worth it to have a sparkling wine that I actually like instead of what they offer though. Unless they have Rosa Regale available? I don't really like dry wine or champagne.

That's interesting—it seems like frequently when people ask this it's because they want to bring Rosa Regale. The last time this came up, the issue was that Disney could get Rosa Regale, but their price for it was so much higher than retail that the poster considered bringing her own. As I recall, with the corkage fees, it was a wash.

But if it's important to you, definitely talk to your planner about what the latest options are. Disney's brand list hasn't changed in a while, but it does change from time to time.

Thanks! I just got the passporter wedding book and loved it! Would mind answering a question or two for me? :flower3:
