bring stuff for tables

If I'm bringing photo clips and photos to place around the attic for decorations, is this something that Disney will place for us...or do I need to bring them to my wedding ceremony and then have someone put them out when the reception starts? Could this go in my BEO?
 
in the contract it says something like disney will place two items on the reception table at no cost but after that there will be a fee X amount of dollars...
 
You can meet your planner before your wedding date at Franks and give the items you want placed on your tables to him/her. I met my planner the morning of and gave her my place cards and table name cards and they were placed exactly where I wanted them. It was in my BEO and I went over with her that morning how and where I wanted them placed. It worked out perfectly.
 
I actually just emailed this question to my planner a few days ago! Disney will set up place cards, favors, toasting flutes, cake knives and servers and a cake topper at no charge to you. If you want anything else, you need to designate someone to set it up prior to the reception. Hope that helps!!!
 

This information is really good to know...now all I hope is that they stick to this answer...
 
Bwah Ha Ha...

My floral partner (Rosie) is just...::sigh::...

She told me no matter how many items she will charge a $25.00 set up fee to place at our reception.
