Bring Crayons??

I know the T/S restraunts are not Applebees, but do they have things to occupy the kids while waiting or should I bring my own things...crayons, little games...

How old are your kids? I think most do or have menus they can color. When DS was 4 we bought him a Peter Pan play set when we got there & he kept it in his fanny pack & he could get them out when he wanted them.

So to answer you question-Sorry I was rambling-If you have room take them. I have also gotten some cute little coloring sets at Michaels Crafts for a $1.

MY DS is 3 1/2 and DD is 21 months. I always have something in my bag every day, just wasn't sure if I should bring along to WDW.

We just got back. Every table service restaurant we ate at provided crayons and a placemat to color for the kids.

Every TS we were at had the kids menu on the placemat and some kind of games and coloring. My niece got a small plastic wrapped package of crayons at each place (maybe 3 or 4 crayons in the package). If it is hot though, don't take the crayons with you because they will melt in your bag!

I always have some crayons (in a small ziplock baggie) and a coloring pad in my bag. Even at WDW I need these, since my DD4 is a, hmm, prolific color-er and quickly finishes with the restaurant menu. Stickers are also good to keep them well occupied until the food arrives.

I'm very surprised because in june we ate at many ts restaurant and none provided crayons & placemat for our 3 kids (8-5-5)! Hope to see that in our January trip!
