Bring 5d mk3 or 1dx

Am going tom to wdw and will be in town on business. Was wondering since the family will not be around should I bring the big gins or travel light?

They are both pretty outstanding cameras.

Might as well take both. Perhaps a wide angle prime on the 5D and a tele zoom on the 1D?

Really, I think its down to what would help you take better pictures. Would you use the smaller camera more? Or would you use a weatherproof camera more?

Yeah the 5d lowers my weight but this woukd be my opportunity to use the best and bring my 70-200 2.8. I had to put my 85 1.2 and 100mm macro L back since I have to leave some behind. I bet there would have been some fun with those. Instead I am bringing the 16-35 f4 l is, 24-70 2.8, 70-200, 35mm 1.4. Oh and a tripod for once.

Personally I'd just bring the 5Diii, your won't need the AF, and burst speeds the 1DX offers, and it's much lighter.

I brought both but with the rain all day I am just bringing the 5d tom. I only have the am.
