Bridesmaids dresses on Today Show

Did anyone see the wedding segment on the Today show a few minutes ago? What did you think of the bridesmaids dresses choices? I didn't like them. The styles seemed like they will only look good on very thin women.

I thought the same thing.

The bridesmaids aren't a bunch of 20 year olds. They should have selected styles that are more suitable for their age group.

Didn't see that show, but on GMA this morning, right before I left for work, they were showing a $300,000 wedding gown!!! It was beautiful, but that is ridiculous!!!

I completely agree with you about the Today Show bridesmaid dresses. Only those with flat stomachs could wear those dresses and most of us do not have flat stomachs. I liked dresses 1 and 2 if I have to choose. It will be interesting to see what "wins".

I didn't like any of them - and call me crazy but this is her second wedding. Maybe something a little more elegant and subdued. I didn't like her dress either but I'm not getting married on TV either. Hey what's with the blue and brown dress?

I voted for dress #3, the Amsale one. I wasn't completely in love with any of them, but that one seemed the most elegant. I love the shades of blue and brown together, very trendy, but I don't like it for a bridesmaids dress.

I loved her wedding dress (I voted for it). I know it might not be the best dress for a 2nd wedding, but I liked it the best.

I liked dress #2 the best though I don't think any of these dresses will suit the actual bridesmaids.. I did not like the colors of #3 and 4 at all

My personal favorite was dress #2. But I also thought different styles of dress would have better suited the actual bridesmaids. I did not like the blue and brown one at all. Brown for a wedding?? Yuck!

I like and voted for #2. I also agree that none of these dresses will really flatter the bridesmaids.

I also discovered that I must have a mean or jealous streak because I was like, "HA HA", when she didn't get the Wedding gown that she wanted.

Number 1 was too much of a neckline, #2 was too short, #3 was...yuck! So number 3 won by elimination. I don't like any of them.

Tinkbell i would have to agree that you do have a mean side , even if I did think it, which I wouldnt, I would never post it for everyone to see. I on the other hand felt sorry for her not getting her dress she wanted. It would be so great having someone pay for the wedding but oh so hard for me letting everyone else decide on what everything was going to look like.

$300,000. 00 for a dress?! Why around here, you could throw the wedding (nice one at that), take one heck of a honeymoon, and still have enough left over to buy a house. Sheesh! Some folks just LOVE to spend money!
