Bridal Registry...

I wrote to Disneystore.com the other day suggesting they start a Bridal Registry. The answer I got back was no big surprise. They informed me they get suggestions like that all the time but at this moment no plans for it.

I think it would be really cool. I made a wish list for my guest at Disneystore.com but the stuff does not last very long on the website.

Has anyone else made a Wish List from Disneystore.com as a registry?

I have never done a registry through the Disney Store online, but I am going to ask all my wedding guests when DH and I renew our vows in 2 years for Disney Dollars instead! Hey I figure we are already married and will be honeymooning in Disney so the Disney Dollars will come in handy. I don't expect gifts as DH at that time will have been married for 15 years, so what can someone get us that we don't already have. If anyone does chose to get us something, then Disney dollars would be great!! Have you considered that maybe as a start?

When we made reservations for our honeymoon I did the Visa promotion where we get $100.00 Disney Dollars. My mom always gets Disney Dollars before we go. I know his family will not. I thought about it and I was going to put it on our wish list but I know unless my family (mom or sisters) say something no one will get the dollars. I think it is a great idea so hopefully I can figure out a way to get some. It will sure help with our spending.

:sigh: I love the Disneystore homewears and all the stuff that you can buy at WDW saldy for us though we would have to pay customs and excise tax on all the goods sent over to us. But it's a fab idea I'm surprised they don't start one up unlike Disney to miss out on a opportunity to make even more money that said they have done away with their engagement packages soooo who knows what goes through their head.

I actually made my own wish list at DisneyStore.com and advised people that when they want to get me a gift that I made it.......since my wedding is over I won't get any gifts from that........there's always Valentine's Day

I think Disney should start a Bridal Registry online
