Brevard County only one??

Brevard County Clerk house is about 45mins to an hour away from Orlando... is that the only court house that we can go to for our marriage license?????

Brevard County is only used for mail-away licenses. To pick up a license, you need to go to the Orange County Court House or the Osceola County Court House. All the info is in the planning packet Disney sent you.

I went to the one in Kissimmee, Osceola County. It is only about 20 minutes away which I believe is the closest one!
