We are FL residents and visit frequently.

My DS5 has autism and every time he is at Disney... Another breakthrough!! I always joke around when people say Disney again? And tell the Yes! Cheaper than therapy and more breakthroughs

So I am starting this thread to share Disney breakthrough stories....

Last visit... Got over fear of public toilets!!
Previous visit... He learned three new words (he is non verbal so him saying a word is a HUGE deal!!!

Good for you both , be at WDW as much as you can :thumbsup2 ... We are looking forward to hearing that your son gets over more thing's each and ecery time you are at the WDW ... Keep us up to date and have fun to :dance3:

Makes me SO happy to hear these things. My two youngest are both on the ASD. I hope some of that magic touches our family in April.

We decided to buy into the DVC because it wa so beneficial for our 23 year old autistic son. Couldn't think of any better place to spend our time and money. :cool1::worship:
