I listened to the Disneyland Podcast this morning and wanted to mention my own experience in getting stuck in "it's a small world" there on February 9, 2012.

We were stuck in the Africa room for a good 30-40 minutes. The lights came on. The music was turned OFF (thank goodness), but the animation was still on, so you could hear the clickety clack noise from the dolls. The entire time, the boats drifted backwards and forwards. I don't recall anyone coming to check on us.

I believe this was after the incident with the man who sued Disneyland, so they might have learned how to switch the music off by then.

That sounds a bit creepy.

I was on Haunted Mansion one time when it stopped for about 10 minutes. I think it was stopped to load/unload someone that needed assistance. I was in the grave yard and, I have to admit, it was a little unnerving sitting in there with all the ghosts popping out.

we were stuck on Haunted Mansion for 30 minutes one time in the graveyard room. My DS was 6 at the time and a little hesitant to ride, but he did, then we got stuck right in front of one of the pop up dead heads, and the thing scared us every time. Needless to say he was a little unhappy, but now we laugh about it!

Doc.....we had the same experience on the Haunted Mansion at Disneyland...and in the graveyard as well. 30 minutes seemed like an hour with those popping heads! To this day my daughter and I still have a good laugh about it.
