Breaking a really bad habit...come on admit it PLEASE!

I have 2 Diet Pepsi's a day when at work. But, I also have a minimum of 88 oz of water - usually closer to 132.

Ugggg I am so relating.

I live on Diet Coke and hot tea. Even in the hottest of days I have to drink tea. Ive never had coffee.

You know youve absolutly gone nuts when you take a can of Diet Coke in the car to drive your kids to school in the AM:rolleyes:

Im on my 4th cup of tea already. In about an hour or so i'll be switching to DC.

Could be worse;)

I used to. I'd say I averaged 6 cans on a normal day, sometimes more depending on what I was doing. So I switched to diet, since I didn't want that extra massive amount of calories. But the more I read about health problems that artificial sweeteners have been linked to, I quit. I still have 1 occasionaly, like at a BBQ, but it's mostly water now. And after more than a year off of diet sodas, I have to tell you, I feel a lot better physically! :teeth:

I drink 1 maybe 2 softdrinks (including Sonic drinks;)) per week. I drink lots of water, coffee and juice instead.

And I don't drink diet stuff. That stuff is awful.

I used to drink two 2-liters a day - mostly diet Pepsi

now I drink a lot of crystal lite or sugar free iced tea.

But I am still a HUGE coffee drinker - at least 12-15 cups a day

Here, here!!! ;)

But I will tell you that I have since switched to Caffeine Free Pepsi/Coke.:o
I drink almost a 2 Liter a day.

Well I think a few of you are just as bad as me...thank goodness. I drink about 8 12ounce cans per day! I really need to drink water but I just love my Diet Cokes!

Two or three weeks ago, I pretty much kicked my Coca Cola habit. I've had a Brita pitcher lying around, but I didn't really use it. I started working out over a month ago, and I would drink water when I worked out. After that, I started trying to ween myself off of my Coke, which was anywhere from four to six cans a day, and over to just water. For almost three weeks now, I haven't had a Coke outside of work. Where I work, the water is really nasty, so I do drink Coke at work. At home though, it is strictly water, with the occasional milk or orange juice. I had nasty headaches at first, but now, I feel really dehydrated if I don't get enough water. I used to feel that was a lot, but I didn't realize that was what it was til I started drinking tons of water. I feel a lot better all around.

Good luck Beauty! I quit Coke cold turkey right after my wedding last year. I was extremely tired the first month or so, and got pretty bad headaches. (Guess that caffeine did something....) But now, a year later, I'm healthier, drinking water and milk. :teeth:

I used to drink a six-pack (minimum) of caffeine free Diet Pepsi per day. But then we bought a water cooler and now I rarely have any Pepsi. Our cooler dispenses both hot and cold water. Best $100 we ever spent, the kids have cut down, too. :)

I drink two Nalgene bottles of water (32 oz each) and one 24-32 oz fountain Dr. Pepper (every other day) at work. All other times I drink water or caffeine free iced tea. Stephen thinks I drink too much pop, but it's the one vice I have, and I refuse to give up my pop, even if it's only every other day. It does mess up my stomach a little, but I just can't seem to totally give it up. When I go out to eat, I always have water with lemon. Dr. Pepper is a treat for me, so I don't have it with meals, just on it's own.

I probably drink the equivilent of 8-10 cans per day. Mt. Dew is my drink of choice but I also like Dr. Pepper, Pepsi, Pepsi Blue, Code Red, and orange.

I usually start my day with 2-3 cans (sometimes more) of Mt. Dew. I can't stand coffee so the Mt. Dew helps wake me up. A 32 oz. soda usually accompanies my lunch and in the evening I have another 2 or 3 cans with dinner and in the evening. On some summer days I head over to 7-11 a couple times per day to fill my Xtreme Gulp which is a 52 oz. mug.
