How do you make resservations? I looked on US website and they don't even mention it...

Is it only available if you stay on site?

Reservations are only guaranteed if you book the Harry Potter Package. You can try to make reservations if you are staying onsite by talking to the conceirge. You can also check right at the restaurant to see if they have any openings.
