Kona is a much better TS spot than any you have listed. As is Spoodles. And Olivia's. And the GF Cafe.

Too bad I can't edit the poll now...:confused3 But it seems like lots of people like Kona's so I'll have to keep that one on my list of potentials. What about the GF cafe? What makes their breakfast one of the best in your opinion?
Also, I had read that Whispering Canyon has lovely breakfasts. Can anyone confirm?? (this would be on my list bc it would be right downstairs from our room :rolleyes1 )

GF Cafe has a nice location and a "standard" beakfast offering. It's also relatively quiet. Whispering Canyon has all those "antics"--so if you don't mind paper being thrown at you or being asked to run around the restaurant on a stick horse, it's an ok place.

Chef Mickeys and CP. Also Captian cooks and kona because of tonga toast.

I've only ate at O'Hana and Akershus for Breakfast , so I picked O'Hana because my family requested to eat there this year & I myself seemed to like it better than Akershus. We've ate at many the others for dinner and I'm sure there breakfast would be just as good , we just like to use most of our table services for Dinner .

I know it's not on your list, but: Have you ever had breakfast at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom?
Decent prices, pretty setting. Really good food (especially the puffed french toast and breakfast lasagna!).

And it's nice and close to Fantasyland. So if you make your ADRs for before the park opens, you should be able to beat the crowd to a lot of the attractions.

What is breakfast lasagna???

I'm just beginning to think about ADR's for our 1st trip (Sep. 25-Oct. 2)
My girls will be 10 & 12 & don't care about princesses or other characters. I like buffets because you get to sample lots of different (simple) foods, but I don't want to limit the choices too much, either.

Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House! The food and selections are great and the atmosphere was fun and festive! Goofy was a leader for line dance around the room with the children and some morocca's. It was just adorable! :yay:

We'll be doing our first character breakfast on our next trip and have pretty much decided on Tusker House. The reviews have been all positive and they have the charcters we are looking for

I agree with you, Kona is GREAT!!! We have had Breakfast and/or Lunch there almost every day of each stay.

The only times we did not take brakfast there is because we also love character breakfast experiences.

The 1900 Park Fare (GF) is missing from your list. The lobster eggs benedict is incredible here.

I'm totally bummed that they changed the ADRs to only 90 days in advance! I want to make all these reservations now!! So far my top choices for table breakfasts are Ohana, Boma, Crystal Palace, Whispering Canyon (out of convience), Kona, and ?? Still haven't made my mind up about the 6th one. So keep voting! :thumbsup2

Tusker House for Donald's Breakfastsauras is the absolute best out of all the choices above! Much larger selection of breakfast foods, absolutely delicious, great atmosphere and great character interaction!

We always have at least one b-fast at Boma's if not two! It is wonderful, relaxed, and just plain good food! No characters, but you can always spend some time exploring the resort after. It is beautiful and lots of places to view animals. I would make a ressie on a day I planned on going to the AK. We are trying Ohana's for breakfast one day on our next trip, I hope it is as good!

For the 6th one, go back to Kona! It is that good! :thumbsup2

Or, just keep it open and wing it. You may find that you really liked one of the buffets but were too full to try everything and want to go back. Definitely store Disney Dining somewhere so that you can alter/add ADRs.
