I just read on someone else's thread that the area after the breakfast was roped off and if you had a PS you were not able to see "The Opening"

Anyone else have this problem? Or was it a busy time and crowd control oriented?

we usually go in early december when the crowds are low. we were "held" at the restaurant area til the park opened.

so the Awakening is after the park officially opens at 9am? they let ppl into the park and this "show" is at the tree of life?
why is there still a rope up at Donald's preventing ppl from going to the tree?

we have a PS in a few weeks for 8am, i'd like more info on this as well. sounds ridiculous!
