Looking for your ideas and opinions for breakfast sitdown restaurants.

Don't really want character dining but buffet would be okay.

How's Boma? Concourse Steakhouse? Any other suggestions?

Breakfast is a big deal in my family.

I recommend the YC Galley at the YC. They have both a buffet (no characters) or you can order off the menu.

Kona at the Poly has a nice breakfast. No buffet and no characters.

GF Cafe at the GF is very good -- no characters and no buffet.

Sorry I haven't been to Boma or the CSH.

Trail's End Buffet at the FW is good. It is really inexpensive compared to alot of other places. You could go there on your MK day and take the boat to MK afterwards.

Concourse Steakhouse has a really good breakfast. I also read alot of great reviews for Kona Cafe. HTH.

I recommend Spoodles on the Boardwalk. It is quiet and not very popular so you should have no trouble getting in there. You can order off the menu and it is quite good.

If you are staying at the CR, I really recommend the Concourse Steakhouse for breakfast. It is never crowded, and we always have had a great breakfast there. I don't know if I would make a special trip there though. Boma for breakfast is very good too.

I agree about Trail's End, you can beat the value for a buffet anywhere on property. We have made eating a meal at Trail's End a tradition for our family for each trip.

I would highly recommend Whispering Canyon at the Wilderness Lodge. You can get an all-you-can-eat skillet filled with lots of good stuff at your table, or you can order off the menu. DH LOVES this breakfast, and we go each trip!

Our family really loves Kona Cafe for Breakfast. It is a sit down restaurant at the Polynesian's Great Ceremonial House. The atmosphere and food are fantastic!

The Tonga Toast is great! Thick french toast stuffed with carmelized bananas! YUM!!!! :)

Try Boatwrights At Port Orleans Riverside. We Loved The Sweet Potato Pancakes

::yes:: breakfast is great there, and than you can check out the resort after breakfast, if you like.

Would you recommend ADR's for these places (1st two weeks of December)?

We don't for Boatwrights, but it couldn't hurt.

I agree - we thought WCC was wonderful for breakfast, the skillet looked great, but we ordered off the menu. The french toast was delicious. We're big breakfast eaters too.

we were disappointed inBoma breakfast ...we felt it was like most other disney breakfast buffets, good but expensive

our usually "big" breakfast places are trails end on an mk day ( before mk we take bus to mk to contemp( sometimes the bus driver will be extra nice and will just take you straight to contem if they aren't really busy), easy cause of chef mickey, then boat to TE at Fort wilderness or right after mk ee take boat from mk to fw) (would also work for another park by bus fromfw)

we also like wcc for the all you can eat breakfast skillet and fun but go on the last day or an out of park day to enjoy it an not be rushed

when we went in jan ( about the same business) we didn't need adrs for either, there were 1 or 2 families in trails end ( pre park) it's usually been fairly empty in winter for breakfast (thinking most at FW make their own) and we waited about 5 mins at wcc( WCC was a little later time ( about 10)thought so i might make one there just in case if you want it pre park
