Where is a good place to get breakfast in DL, DCA or DTD?? I see Earl of Sandwich has breakfast & Rain Forrest Cafe but don't know of any place else. Just trying to have some choices. Im not interested in a character breakfast. We usually book a hotel with a free breakfast, but not this time. We won't have a car & are staying in Buena Park at the Raddison Suites so we're looking for somewhere within walking distance. We're catching the shuttle to the parks. We usually arrive at the parks about 10am so not sure what time breakfast ends at these places either so if anyone knows that, it would also be great to know. Thanks for any & all info :-)

Steakhouse 55 is a good choice. Our favorite non-character breakfast is Carnation Café(halfway down DL mainstreet on the left). :thumbsup2

Another vote for Steakhouse 55. When we want to eat a full breakfast outside the parks, it's our favorite choice. The Disneyland podcast team recently did a review of Catal and Uva breakfast, and that sounded interesting too so I may have to try it sometime. Inside the parks, my kids like Riverbelle Terrace. It's not amazing food, but it's ok, and it's a wonderful location. If we just want pastries, we head to Jolly Holiday. If we're in DCA, we usually grab a croissant sandwich at Pacific Wharf or just eat some pastries. Lots of people like Flo's breakfast, but we weren't impressed the one time we tried it (we are fans of the dinners there though).

Storytellers inside the Grand CA has a good breakfast. There are some characters there, but you don't have to do a character breakfast; you actually get a choice of the buffet or just ordering off the menu. Reservations aren't necessary.

We also LOVE to stop and get beignets at the Jazz Kitchen Express in DTD. You can also get other quick breakfast foods here.

In Disneyland, we love to grab breakfast at the Carnation Cafe on Main Street. The food is good and the view, watching people enter the park joyfully in the morning, can't be beat!

Actually, Storytellers is buffet only now. And reservations are highly suggested. We went on a Thursday a couple weeks ago without a reservation (about 930am) and had a 50 min wait for a party of 3. So, no not necessary, but I recommend them.

Another vote for Carnation Cafe -- good food and lovely atmosphere.

For something quick, beignets and cup of good strong coffee is hard to beat.

In Disneyland we like Carnation Cafe or Riverbelle Terrace(so relaxing and fun to watch everyone rush to wherever they're going;)), Flo's in DCA(eat outside on the terrace overlooking RSR), or Earl of Sandwich in DTD.:)

Agree!! We also like to grab items at Jolly Holiday or Starbucks if we aren't sitting down to eat.

Once we got the character meals out of they way we visited Catal for every breakfast there after. It was slow when we went, between 7:30 and 9. This was in the end of october, Your mileage may vary.

Food was really good, ended up splitting meals for the young ones - 9,8,5

La Brea Bakery Cafe in DTD!! it's located just before you get to baggage check by the entrances to the park. We go ALL the time usually for breakfast!!! Good food okay prices!

For us, a late breakfast (after a few attractions early on) at Riverbelle Terrace is a must - not just for the food - just chillin' and looking out over the Rivers of America.

Another vote for LaBrea! We went several times for breakfast on our last trip. DH enjoyed it so much that he's added it to our 'must-do' list for our upcoming trip :thumbsup2

Thanks for all the suggestions.. these are some great ideas... im going to look over the menu's. :)

We also like Jamba Juice. They have really expanded their offerings in the last few years! We'll generally get oatmeal and a smoothie for under $10 each.
