I voted 'Ohana for breakfast, and I would schedule 7:30 a.m. to be in time for rope drop at the Magic Kingdom. Tusker House is wonderful, too. I would try to make an ADR for before park opening.
The other two you mentioned are good, as well, but I would put Crystal Palace and Cape May ahead of both of them.
For any buffet, I would arrive as close to opening as possible. I do this for two reasons: 1) I like to make rope drop. 2) The buffets are fresher at the beginning of the meal period.
One time, we had a late breakfast ADR at Crystal Palace, and they were out of several items, the hot food was cold, and they no longer had the omelet station going. Worst of all, there were crumbs and dirty plates everywhere. If you arrive at Crystal Palace by 9 a.m., though, it is a wonderful experience.
