Breakfast with a DLRP booking with points?

Does anyone know whether if you book a DLRP hotel with points, breakfast is included as it is if you book a cash reservation. I know about this year's changes to the booking with points rules ( points required gone down but no passes, obliged to buy length of stay paases for all in party) but unsure if breakfast is included. Thanks for your help
