Breakfast using DDP

What does everyone tend to do for breakfast when they are on the DDP??

I know you can use a snack credit to get a muffin, bagel, etc.... but what about CS?

There is one day where I am not using a CS meal credit. Would I be able to get breakfast (say eggs, bacon, pancakes, etc) at my resort using a CS?

I am totally confused

We do the cs depending on the day and where dinner is as a breakfast or lunch. When I have a 5:30 ts that I am really looking forward to and I know I am sleeping in a bit, not geting up untill 9am I use it for breakfast. We get the platter at each resort food court. At POFQ it was the king creol thing. It has a pile of eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, a bisquit and drink for the cs.

It was enough for dd and I to share. Some people dont use the cs for breakfast as you dont get a dessert item like you do with lunch. So if you are looking strickly at a dollar value it is better to use for lunch.

I know there was a snack thread around that I used last time to give me ideas on where to get breakfast type items for the snack credit.

At CBR, their breakfast platter is good, we were surprised! We did the breakfast
counter service at CBR a couple of times, especially on the days were were having a earlier than usual dinner..

Yes, you can use the CS credits for breakfast instead of lunch (or dinner) if you want.

We also stayed at CBR in Aug and enjoyed the breakfast platter. Easily enough to share unless you are a big eater. DD (6) always ordered her own breakfast as we wanted different things, but would eat some of mine too and there was still plenty left after we were done eating.

I too wanted to add that last year on the DP at CBR, we used our snack credits on large boxes of donuts at the gift shop. It was more than enough for my husband and I with coffee and the kids just split a counter service meal for breakfast before we headed out.

Yep! We even had a few left over at the end of the day it was a great snack!

We had the free dining plan last year for our family of 4. There were several times that we only ordered 3 counter service meals because it was so much food. That allowed us to save up some extra credits to use for breakfast a few days. I also brought a few items on the plane with me in my carry on bag. Muffins, donuts and pop tarts...so that worked for us.
