Breakfast Ressies on arrival?

Kenny and I fly to DL June 4. Our flight gets in at 9 a.m. We will be taking Super Shuttle more than likely from SNA to the resort. I would love to do Carnation Cafe once we get there, but depending on if there is a delay, we may not be able to make breakfast.

Should I wait for another morning for CC? We'll be htere for 5 days. Oh, and I also wanted to know if there is a place at the hotel (PPH) where we can leave our bags till check-in?

I know that DLH does hold your bags before check in and after check out, so I would assume PPH would do the same.
Regarding breakfast: I think you're on the right track on doing it on another day. Maybe make a PS for dinner??

I believe CC stops serving breakfast at 11am. I would plan for another day - I think you will be cutting it very close. You could always make PS's for lunch and give the Baked Potato Soup a try.

Yes, the PPH will store your bags for you.

They will gladly check you in and hold your luggage at PPH whenever you get there. As far as breakfast, it does sound like you will be pushing the envelope in terms of getting into the parks in time for breakfast at CC, but there is no penalty if you book your PS and then don't make it. We seem to only make about 1/2 of them that we book!
Maybe a better plan would be to pop into the restaurant in Paradise Pier and order off the menu there, so that you have a full tummy on the way in. They do have characters (Lilo, Stitch, Minnie?) but you don't have to do the buffet or interact with the characters if you don't want to.
I personally would hate the pressure my first day of trying to make a PS in the park.

Assuming that you can get off the plane immediately, run across the airport to a waiting cab which drives 80 MPH all the way, and skids to a stop in the DLR taxis area then maybe you might make it to DLR by 10:15 am but your family and luggage would be at the airport.

The trip from the airport to DKR is 30 minutes minimum at midnight and can go up over an hour in evening rush hour. Coming home from DLR at night should take 15 minutes for me but recently there was an accident on the freeway that ended up making me get home after 30 minutes.

Better would be to do lunch at PCH Grill at 11 am or later. or check in early then walk over to Goofy's who serves brunch until noon. You could have waffles, pancakes, cereal, handmade omelet, bacon, ham, lox, fruit, ice cream, and hot dogs.
