What are your favorite places for breakfast in each park and at any of the resorts? We'll be staying at POFQ, where I figure we'll eat most of our breakfasts- must have beignets- but for a change of pace, we'd like to try arriving early to one or two of the parks for breakfast if there are any good recommendations for breakfasts there. Or, perhaps, take a ride over to another resort hotel for a good, sit-down breakfast. Any and all recommendations for any of the above places would be much appreciated! Character breakfasts recommendations aren't a priority, though, as my kids are teens now and think that is not cool anymore, lol.

Thanks!

We rarely eat breakfast in a park, but if we do it is Crystal Palace at MK.

Our favorite resort breakfast is at Spoodle's on the Boardwalk. Their french toast is wonderful. It is not a buffet, but they have an all you can eat platter for hungry teens!:D

If you think they will go for a laid back character meal, we enjoy the one at Cape May at Beach Club. It is less crowded as some of the others and the food is very good.

Thanks! If we went to Spoodles, what would be the best way for us to get to the Boardwalk from POFQ? I'm not quite sure where that's at.

Since none of us our big breakfast eaters, we typically either buy (if we are renting a car) or bring breakfast stuff with us, such as cereal, Pop Tarts, etc. and eat in the room as the others get ready. This saves time & $$.

Some recommendations in the parks would be a cinnamon rolls at the Main Street Bakery @ the MK or Starring Rolls @ MGM.

tusker house at AK serves a good breakfast. for a character breakfast, also at AK, is donald's breakfastasarous. it is served buffet style. and again at AK rainforest cafe serves a good breakfast. at the resorts, right next door to you all is boatwright's at riverside, very good breakfast. over at wilderness lodge, whispering canyon cafe is a good breakfast and a lot of fun. olivia's at old key west, an easy boat ride from POFQ, serves an excellent breakfast. trails end buffet at fort wilderness is a great breakfast. hope this helps.

Thanks for all those suggestions! Those are all places I hadn't thought of.

However, the boats don't start running until about 11 AM, so you would have to get a boat from POFQ over to DTD, then the DVC boat from DTD to OKW. It may take a long time to get there by boat for breakfast.

Thanks for the heads-up, Deb! I guess that would rule Olivia's out for me, as we'd want to be in the parks by that late in the morning.

We think 1900 Park Fare at the GF is a good buffet breakfast with characters. We also thought Fresh(buffet) at the Dolphin had very good food.

We don't do breakfast ouside the room unless it is a character b'kf'st so my experience is limited. We think Donald's Breakfast in the AK is very good, as is the Pooh Bear Breaky at Crystal Palace in MK. Olivia's at OKW is not a character place anymore, but has really good food.

I hear Fresh is a good place for Breakfast. I think its in the Dolphin. Go to allearsnet.com for there menu or others.

We plan on going to Trails' End Buffet on our upcoming trip. This will be a first for us, but it has great reviews and is one of if that the best value for your money costing only $9.99 for an adult. You can take the boat back MK area.

We love a big breakfast since we are early risers and don't eat agin til dinner. We've always enjoyed Boatwrights at POR and RFC in AK. Last year we decided to branch out a bit and discovered Spoodles for Breakfast. We ejoyed it so much we went back a second time.

This year we're going all out on breakfast meals. Spoodles, of course, Princess Breakfast in Norway, Concourse Steak House, Kona Kafe, YC Galley. We have a few openings left and will play those by ear, I guess.

Those are all really great suggestions- thanks again to everyone else who has responded! I've been getting the Spoodles recommendation a lot, so that's a big possibility, plus one or two of the others.

Thanks!

Although I havent tried it, I hear that the Whispering Canyon Cafe has a great all you care to eat buffet for under $10.

I plan to try it on the upcoming trip.

I also recommend Crystal Palace and Chef Mickeys. :)

I'll second the Boatwrights. I love their Eggs Benedict.
