There's a Ponderosa with the $3.99 breakfast not too far down 192, heading west. It's on the left hand side. If I remember correctly, it's on the corner of a signaled intersection. It should be less than 10 minutes away.
There are also Shoney's restaurants to choose from on 192 (very convenient to WDW) as well for breakfast along with many others. Also, if interested you can pick up one of the coupon books in the bins located outside restaurants, grocery stores, or souvenir shops to save some money on your meal.
Don't forget the food court in the All Stars. It is pricey (you're at Disney, so pricey is the name of the game), but the food is good. If you want to venure offsite, I recall the All Stars being way out there and not too much was near it, except for a McDonald's. You can journey out to I-192 and find a bunch of $3.99 breakfast buffets.
If you take back way - Sherberth Road onto I192 - then you will also find a Golden Corral, Sizzler´s, Waffle House and Dunkin Donuts all pretty close to junction so that you shouldn´t hit too much traffic.
