Breakfast package booking ?

Hello. First time for me on the DLP board! I am a WDW vet but have never been to DLP. I just booked at 5 night stay for Easter 2016 at the Disneyland Hotel, terrace room. The package comes with park tickets and breakfast. My query is about the breakfast as I can't find anything out about what this means. What is it? Where is it served? One place in the hotel or a choice of places? Is it available before the early park entry? Many thanks. I feel like a fish out of water here. All my Disney knowledge is Florida based!

Breakfast will be served in your hotel in both of the restaurants - Inventions and California Grill. They are next to each other and you will be directed into one of them. The choice is the same in both - a buffet consisting of hot items (bacon, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, potatoes, pancakes, waffles) and cold items (cereals, bread, pastries, croissants, fruit, yoghurt etc)
It starts about 7am so before EMH but as the hotel is so close to the parks its nice to go in for EMH and then return for breakfast about 9.30ish - an hour or so in the parks can really build up an appetite

Disneyland hotel breakfast doesn't start until 7.30am.

I'm very jealous of you. The breakfast in the Disneyland hotel is much more refined than the ones in the cheaper hotels. You'll be seated 1st and then will be invited to help yourself to the buffet.

However feel sorry for the pool fools in Santa Fe who have to get the food 1st then find somewhere to sit in the cattle pen... i mean food hall.

I've done both, much prefer the more refined version enjoy your stay!

Breakfast is one of the big reasons we love staying in the DLH.

We do EMH from 8 until we're hungry. Then it's a 2 minute walk to breakfast and we can fill right up with a beautiful view of the castle.
