Breakfast or lunch at CRT...plus a few other questions!

We are planning a trip to DWD this November w/DD5 and DD2 and were considering a late breakfast at CRT in order to hopefully have a little more time w/the princesses. It seems as though the early seatings fill up very quickly. Now I am wondering if lunch would be better so we can take advantage of smaller crowds in the park early in the day, then have lunch, and go back to the room for a nap.
How busy is the lunch (for those of you who have experienced it)? Is it better to avoid the 1st lunch seating crowd-wise?
Also, we are really hoping to see Sleeping Beauty and I understand that the princesses rotate. When we make our ADR will the CM be able to tell me which princess will be there on that day, or is it a Cinderella "and friends" kind of deal?

We had a late lunch at 1:45 on a Saturday this past March. It was crowded and busy. The princesses seemed hurried and probably spent less time with us than at the other 4 character meals we did.
The good news is we did see Aurora here and we also saw her at the Princess Breakfast in Norway.
I don't think CM will be able to tell you exactly which princesses will be there, but you could ask.

i have been for both dinner and breakfast - never lunch. The breakfast was nice - they spent a lot of time with us. I am sure they can not tell you who will be there untill the day of, they seem to rotate. cinderella, fairy godmother, belle, mary popins, and auroa were there. you might also check out the princess meal in epcot - sleeping beauty might me there more often
The best place to see the princesses is to go to toon town first thing and get in line to see the princesses. they will spend time with you and you will get some great pictures.
