Breakfast on Main Street before park opens?

I am looking for the best breakfast options available before rope drop - that are near or inside the entrance so we can eat and wait. It's been a few years since I was at the parks, but I vaguely recall that the Blue Ribbon Bakery was serving before rope drop. Does the Jolly Holiday do that now? Also, are there open breakfast options over at DCA before that opens?

The option we were considering if there are no in-park choices was the La Brea Bakery, but I was reading that their quality recently went way downhill. Anyone have info about that?

Thanks in advance for your insights!

try the Carnation Cafe:goodvibes or the Plaza Inn:thumbsup2

I know the Plaza has a character breakfast, but we can't do that every day! Does the Carnation do early seating? In my searching I saw some posts saying that Main Street only opens earlier than the park on a late open day. The week we are there is Christmas week, so it is 8am every day for opening. Will Main Street/food choices be open at 7:30?

I know, I know...so many questions! Solved just about everything for our trip except for this one critical detail.
