Breakfast & lunch hours

We have second searing for dinner. Is there first and second seating for breakfast and lunch? I know that we have assigned table numbers, do we need to sit at the same table for breakfast and lunch? What about on port days and early excursion times, how early can you do room service for breakfast? Thanks for all the help.

No different seating times for Breakfast and lunch, except for debarkation day Breakfast. For room service breakfast you put your card out the night before, and you can select a time between 5AM and 9:30 AM for delivery

There is no set seating times for breakfast & lunch except for breakfast on the last morning.
Breakfast is available at Cabanas (buffet restaurant) from approx 7am for a continental breakfast & 30 minutes later for the full breakfast. Breakfast is usually available until 10.30/11am. On a port day Cabanas is usually open earlier 6am for continental & 30mins later for full buffet.
One of the MDRs is also open for a shorter time.
Lunch is also at Cabanas & one of the MDRs. There is also the quick serve places by the pool (burgers, pizz, wraps etc).
You just turn up when you are ready to eat. Check your daily navigator for the times as they do change.
On the last morning breakfast is at 6.45am for main seating people & 8am for late seating people, or you can go to Cabanas.
Don't know about Room Service.

As the others have noted, no assigned seating or specific restaurant scheduled for breakfast or lunch. You will see the times that the different venues are open in the daily Navigator, and you just show up during those times. Here is an example of a Navigator from the Fantasy. The schedule could vary based on the ship, the itinerary, and the day. But it will give you a general idea of how things work.

With the second seating for dinner if you also remember that if you eat breakfast or lunch earlier and need a small bite to hold you over there are options. The quick service for a slice of pizza or sandwich work great as well as apps in the cafe's can hit the spot mid afternoon.
