breakfast/lunch buffet

I just booked an adr for Crystal Palace at 10:30, do we just start with breakfast food and finish with lunch food? I am guessing that is what happens, but I have never done this time of day before.
Thanks! I am getting excited for our trip. We haven't been to WDW since 2006. We have gone to DL twice in that time and DH and I went to DL Paris

Yeah, that's what will happen

Two years ago girlfriend and I had late lunch, it turned into the dinner menu, I was able to get peel and eat shrimp during dinner menu which wasn't on the lunch menu

During the switchover the characters are not around
