In your opinion, where would be the most special/little more elegant breakfast?

thanks!:thumbsup2

Im not sure about most elegant, but quiet and most relaxing to me is the Wave at the Contemporary. A la carte..no buffets, not a lot of kids, hidden away from the lobby etc..!

We are trying the Wave for the first time for breakfast this trip.... from what I hear, it sounds like a good option for you too :)

The GFC is my favorite breakfast location in WDW and possibly the world. (Maple vanilla French toast FTW!) :)

I would also go with GFC - only drawback is the Nescrap coffee which is undrinkable.

Are you serious, a sit down restaurant in the most upscale resort in all of Disney has crap coffee. You would think they would have the real thing. I was thinking of going there too, oh well.

This is why we usualy go to Kona Cafe or Wolfgang Puck Express for breakfast...did GFC a couple of times just to try the lobster eggs benedict.

The Grand Floridian Cafe...it was so quiet and relaxing, we had an amazing breakfast and sat in the far back of the restaurant, had a great view of the monorail...it was perfect!

I always get coffee at the GFC and it is never Nescrape, always fresh brewed something.

They also have a personal press pot available.

This must be something new because the house coffee was the standard Nescafe when we had breakfast here last August (and the press was not on the menu then). I always ask at every disney restaurant (and just ordered juice instead...Nescafe is that bad). It could still be technically 'brewed" I guess but it starts with a liquid concentrate base.
