Breakfast hours ?

If a restaurant serves breakfast from 7:30-11:00, does that mean you can actually make an ADR for 11:00? I'd like to take my grandchildren to Cape May for the character breakfast, and I was thinking we could eat a "regular" breakfast in the villa early and then have the 11:00 buffet in lieu of lunch.

not a 100% sure but I think 10:45 they stop.

I've got an ADR at 'Ohana at 11:50 and they are open until 12. I also have an ADR at Tuskers at 4:45 (dinner) and they close at 5:00. Last year we had an ADR at 'Ohanas at 11 a.m. and that was when they were closing at 11.

I love having late ADRs at buffets. We usually do breakfast on our last day and it's so relaxing. The room is less crowded. The food is replenished until the last guest leaves. The characters continue to make their rounds. My DD has had some of her best times with characters after we finish breakfast and the characters are just waiting for the last guest to leave. Of course, this doesn't apply to the biggies (i.e. Princesses) they only make one round and then leave.
