Breakfast for 1?

I am looking for a place to have a nice breakfast before my busy solo day at EPCOT. I would like something that could hold me over until dinner with just a snack.

I am thinking Captain's Grill, Kouzzina, Olivia's, or Whispering Canyon.

Any suggestions?

I've heard a number of great reports on Kouzzina breakfast, but haven't been there myself. I think they are closed right now for a short remodel.

PS - where are you staying because your choices are all over the place. At least Kouzzina would be close to Epcot. I'm not sure if Whispering Canyon does breakfast either.

I am staying off site this time.

I'd dine at the restaurant most convenient to Epcot.
