Is there a breakfast offered somewhere where you could use a counter service?

You can use CS to get breakfast at all of the resort food courts. There are a few places at the parks but the only one that sticks out in my mind is the Main Street Bakery at MK - they have ala carte items.

So, then probably Starring Rolls at DHS, and doesn't Electric Umbrella in Epcot offer breakfast? If not, FountainView Cafe or Sunshine Seasons.

I could be wrong, but I think I read once that Captain Crooks (I think that's the name... the CS at Poly) has the infamous Tonga Toast.

ETA: I'm probably wrong about that. I'm looking at onlinemenus and it's not there. I must be thinking of Dole Whips being there or something.

I have used a CS credit for breakfast at Starring Rolls. The Electric Umbrella no longer serves breakfast. Nor does the Fountainview Cafe (they now serve only Edy's Ice Cream - no pastries or coffees). Sunshine Seasons has pretty good breakfast offerings and they take the DDP.

BTW - Captain Cooks does offer a smaller version of Tonga Toast. Can't speak to how it tastes as I hate the stuff - tried it once at Kona Cafe...never again!
