We will be doing our first Character Dining on our upcoming trip. Right now we have 2 scheduled.

The first is Crystal Palace, the second is 1900 Park Fare. They are both breakfasts reservations.

My question is, are all these buffets the same, mickey waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt, breads?

Is the only thing that differs them from the others the characters? My daughter loves Tigger, Pooh, and Mary Poppins so should we consolidate and just do Park Fare or should we do both.

Thanks in advance.

You will find a few different menu items at one over the other. I think CP had an omelet station and Park Fare had a breakfast pizza. Park Fare at Alice and Mad Hatter, they came to our table together and really made it fun for our dds (8,6). My oldest really liked Alice, so Park Fare was worth it for us.

You didn't mention it, but the Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker is not your typical breakfast buffet.

It does have the typical things but has some great fritattas (sp?) and other unique items. Recommend highly.

Basically both those restaurants are the same for breakfast. We ate at CP and GF for breakfast and didn't see much of a difference. CP is a beautiful restaurant so if you'd like to eat there why not go for lunch or dinner. The characters are there and you wouldn't be eating the same old breakfast fare.

Last time I was at 1900 PF they also had an omlet station I hope they still do I am going there next month Yaahoo :santa:

For the most part yes, we a few exceptions. Some have more than others. Crystal Palace & 1900 have omelet stations and Cape May did not, I think Chef Mickeys also doesn't. & they all (at least when we went this past April) charged the same price and Cape May had no omelet station and a lot less choices which I didn't think was right, but we wanted to try character breakfasts that trip and on the ddp, so it didn't really matter but if I was paying oop I would have been annoyed to pay the same price. Not that you asked about that - lol...
If you just do 1900, they only have winnie the pooh & tiger (at least for breakfast). I thought the food at CP was better but the character interaction at 1900 was better.
