They have different things at each one but here are some of the things I have seen: donuts, cake, rice krispie squares, ice cream, danishes, cookies, etc.
Tusker House has an amazing bread pudding on their breakfast buffet. There were brownies when I ate at Chef Mickeys. The puffed French Toast at Crystal Palace counts as a dessert as far as I'm concerned, as does the strawberry soup at 1900 Park Fare. I'm sure there are more that I'm forgetting about, as well as a pretty good pastry selection at most places.
The Strawberry Soup at 1900PF is so sweet, creamy and delish I'd count it as a dessert. I seem to recall one of my kids putting gummy bears on pancakes and it was the lastday and I was really tired so I let it slide.
