Breakfast Buffet Times

What are the breakfast buffet times and is the buffet kept fresh until the end, or should you go by a certain time in order to get fresh food?

We never eat before 9:30 and the food has been fresh at every breakfast buffet we have done.

The reason I am asking is because 2 of my ressies are for around 10:30am. I just didn't know when the cutoff time between breakfast and lunch are for buffets. If it helps my ressies are Cape May, Boma, and O'hana.

Food is constantly replenished. I don't know when they turn over the buffets for lunch. 10:30 seems a bit late, to me. I would feel like they were rushing me out of there.

I do notice that when we have eaten late at Crystal Palace, there must be a gap between breakfast and lunch as towards the end, the place gets really really really empty and we didn't notice any issues with having our breakfast. Swapping out the buffets would be a pretty easy task--so I wonder if they do the switch after everyone is cashed out.

Good, I really want to do at least Cape May and Boma. I'm looking at 1900 Park Fare as well. I'm taking a cab to Cape May and I'm sure I'll need one to Boma as well. Does anyone know how much the cab would be from POFQ?
