Breakfast Buffet at the Kitchen

Has anyone ever done this with the mimosa or bloody Mary addon? Around here when you serve all you can drink mimosas it starts at 10 or 11 (usually 11) and you serve brunch until 2 or 3. The Kitchen breakfast buffet seems to go from 7 until noon, so my question is: do they actually serve booze at seven in the morning? Mind you I'm not objecting I'm just trying to figure out what times are available to get our mimosa on...
